      Invite friends over for a fun night and earn clothing and a Personal Training Session. I will bring samples of high quality apparel from YogaFit, clothing designed for style and function while working out or relaxing as you go through your day.

     Catalogs are available or you can look at the clothes on YogaFit.com before the party, but you can’t feel the softness online like you can in person. When you place an order at a party you win + pay no shipping costs. 

PARTY IDEAS or CREATE YOUR OWN:

THE RELAX:

     Start the night with gentle flowing moves, deep breathing and a guided meditation.  Wear comfy clothes or even pajamas! When the 15, 30 or 45 minute session concludes, choose to sip a ZENTINI or perhaps a glass of wine as you ease into shopping mode and enjoy light refreshments. 

     If you would like to have Chair Massage available, this can be arranged for an additional fee with my massage therapist contact.

BALANCE & BREATHE:

      Turn off the cell phones and learn to let go of worry and be present.  Using balance postures, the BOSU, balance PODS and a sense of humor you will return to a place of calm and focus.  Great for the CORE, stress relief and laughs.  Toast to your accomplishments as you find clothes to help you feel better as you move your body in new ways!
